Dr. Scott Fisher is a psychiatrist, psychedelic psychotherapist, and Lead Facilitator at Segal Clinical Trials for the Usona Institute sponsored PSIL201, a study of the effectiveness of a single dose of psilocybin for the treatment of major depressive disorder. He is one of the few licensed psychiatrists in the world who has completed a certificate in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy at an accredited institution of higher learning, the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has completed the MAPS Certificate of Training for MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD.

Dr. Fisher also has experience offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a form of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. He currently serves as a scientific and psychiatric advisor on two different advisory boards for major players in the psychedelic medicine space, offering advice on how psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is likely to roll out and be used in a medical system that currently is not well-adapted to such a novel and revolutionary form of mental health treatment.
