Rojas León

Rojas Leon is an artist based in Chile who has exhibited his paintings nationally, as well as in Italy and Colombia. His art is based on the calligraphic gesture, where the point, the line, and the stain are the protagonists. Rojas Leon calls this style “Calligraphic Expressionism”. Some of his compositions have direct messages in script, while others offer the exact opposite. Occasionally, he employs letters as a sign and the importance is placed on shape, stroke, and execution.
