“Kolodnys latest large scale installation reflect the skyline and figures of the many who gather at the sculpture, absorbing them both into the work.
Inspired by organic compositions found in nature, the balls grow out of one another, camouflaged with a mirrored surface creating a new representation of the world around it.
Viewers are meant to walk through the work where the chrome balls envelop the viewer, transporting them to a dreamlike interpretation of their surroundings.”
