Stephanie Wright is Co-Director of Social and Educational Programs at Seaworthy Collective. She is an alumna of Transylvania University in 2016 and AmeriCorps in 2017. For four years Stephanie worked aboard passenger cruise lines as an entertainment technician where the experience opened her eyes to the need for more conservation and protection of our oceans. She is driven not by hope but by the desire to be of use in the fight for coastal communities, our coral reefs, and a regenerative world. She uses her passions in community building, citizen science, and heart-centered storytelling to contribute to a future that has a positive impact on marine ecosystems, coastal communities, and all the people that will uplift and protect them. Presently, Stephanie is a graduate assistant at the Rosenstiel School for Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Sciences creating innovative 3D coral maps and scientific visualizations toward her master’s degree in Exploration Science. She is a scuba diver, freediver, advocate, and facilitator who creates spaces for the open expression of dreams and pathways toward a regenerative future.
