The Wave Headphones

The Wave Movement was founded by Julia Grace Vishnepolsky, MA, LPCC, R-DMT; a licensed psychotherapist, registered Dance Movement Therapist, devoted to embodiment, creativity, and service in helping human beings thrive. Julia started dancing on the beach by herself and now thousands have danced with her in a movement to end loneliness. The Waves at Art With Me will be facilitated by Davida Syne, BFA, ND. Davida is an artist, healer and Wave facilitator who trained directly with Julia and is passionate about helping people feel fully self-expressed.

Using The Wave Silent Disco headphones, guests are guided through a mindful movement and dance experience on the sand that fosters well-being and meaningful connections to oneself, to nature and to community.
